Fred Garrett


Based in Raleigh, Frederick (Fred) Garrett joined The Providence Group brokerage team in January 2026, bringing with him a wealth of experience in property management, facilities operations, and data-driven analysis. Before joining The Providence Group, he previously served as a Property and Facilities Manager with Prudent Growth Partners, where he oversaw daily operations for more than 65 commercial properties, coordinated capital improvement projects, supported lease negotiations, and served as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership.

Prior to joining The Providence Group, he served as an Associate Research Consultant at CoStar Group, where he managed a large client portfolio, produced lease and sales comparable reports, and delivered actionable market insights to support informed decision-making.

Alyson O’Laughlin


Alyson O’Laughlin began her career in Charlotte in 2006, launching her professional journey in marketing with a boutique open-air retail developer before transitioning into leasing in 2011. Her shift into leasing was shaped by mentorship at DDR (now SITE Centers), where she developed a strong foundation in retail real estate.

A Charlotte native with deep roots in the Queen City, Alyson has built her career leasing open-air shopping center portfolios throughout the Southeastern United States. She has managed expansive territories and worked with prominent landlords including WS Development and Waterstone Properties Group.

Alyson specializes in landlord representation, while also partnering with tenants on expansion and relocation strategies. Dan Crotty


Dan Crotty joined The Providence Group in 2024, bringing a dynamic blend of financial expertise, leadership experience, and competitive drive to the commercial real estate industry. A Charlotte native, Dan attended Stevens Institute of Technology in New York City, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Quantitative Finance, as well as a Master of Science in Information Systems.

During his time at Stevens, Dan was a standout student athlete, earning three-time All-American and Academic All-American honors while serving as a three-year captain of the lacrosse team. Following graduation, he pursued a career in collegiate athletics, coaching lacrosse at both the Division I and Division III levels. This experience further strengthened his leadership, communication, and team-building skills—qualities he now brings to his work in commercial real estate.

Dan approaches brokerage with a strong analytical mindset and a results-driven focus, applying his academic and professional background to support clients and contribute to successful transactions. Outside of the office, he remains actively involved in the Charlotte community, particularly in growing the game of lacrosse, and enjoys attending live music and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Cristi Webb


Cristi Webb joined The Providence Group in 2023, bringing more than nine years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on both landlord and tenant representation. She is committed to delivering strategic, results-driven solutions and building long-term relationships with her clients.

In her landlord representation work, Cristi has managed a diverse retail portfolio that includes grocery-anchored shopping centers, power centers, lifestyle centers, and mixed-use developments. She collaborates with both national and local ownership groups across North Carolina to develop and execute effective leasing and marketing strategies that maximize asset performance.

On the tenant representation side, Cristi works with national, regional, and local retailers to identify optimal site opportunities and negotiate favorable market terms aligned with their growth objectives. Her hands-on, detail-oriented approach ensures tailored strategies that support each client’s unique business goals.

Prior to joining The Providence Group, Cristi spent eight years as a Vice President on the Retail Team at CBRE in Raleigh, where she played a key role in driving team success and expanding client relationships.

Reagan Crabtree


Reagan Crabtree is a Partner at The Providence Group and leads the firm’s Raleigh office, bringing more than 18 years of experience in retail commercial real estate. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation, offering a well-rounded and strategic approach to each assignment.

On the landlord side, Reagan has extensive experience leasing grocery-anchored centers, single- and multi-tenant strip centers, mixed-use developments, and power centers. He is known for implementing creative leasing strategies that enhance asset value and optimize tenant mix. His expertise also includes big box dispositions, redevelopment consulting, new construction, and outparcel development. Over the course of his career, Reagan has built strong relationships with national REITs, local ownership groups, and developers throughout the Carolinas.

In addition to his landlord representation work, Reagan provides tenant representation services for local, regional, and national retailers and restaurant concepts. With a deep understanding of market dynamics, trade areas, and data-driven site selection, he has successfully guided numerous clients through multi-market expansion strategies.

Prior to joining The Providence Group, Reagan spent 13 years as a Senior Vice President with CBRE in Raleigh, where he played a key role in the growth of the firm’s retail platform and portfolio. He began his career in 2006 with The Shopping Center Group and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Lauren Faulkenberry


Lauren Faulkenberry joined The Providence Group’s brokerage team in 2020, specializing in retail agency leasing and tenant representation. She is known for her work with specialty and lifestyle brands, as well as emerging and innovative retail concepts. With a strong eye for merchandising, Lauren has a proven track record of developing strategic leasing and marketing plans that enhance property value and create dynamic retail environments.

Lauren began her commercial real estate career in Tampa, where she served as a leasing agent with Colonial Properties Trust. In that role, she managed more than one million square feet of third-party and joint venture assets across Florida. She later returned to her hometown of Charlotte to lead leasing efforts for Metropolitan at Midtown, a prominent mixed-use development by Colonial Properties Trust, Pappas Properties, and Collett & Associates.

In addition to her brokerage experience, Lauren brings an entrepreneurial perspective to her work, having owned and operated two Pure Barre studios in Greenville, South Carolina. During that time, she also served as a Master Trainer for Pure Barre Corporate, further strengthening her leadership, branding, and client engagement expertise.

Eric joined The Providence Group in 2018, beginning in property management, where he further developed his expertise in the commercial sector. With a strong foundation in customer service and construction, Eric specializes in shop space leasing, land and outparcel sourcing, and detailed market analysis throughout the Carolinas. His thoughtful, data-driven approach ensures alignment with his clients’ objectives and supports successful project outcomes.

Eric represents a range of national retail clients, including Firehouse Subs, Great Clips, Wingstop, PostNet, and Nothing Bundt Cakes. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds real estate brokerage licenses in both North and South Carolina. In addition, Eric serves as President of the City Park Master Association, a mixed-use retail and multifamily development in Charlotte.
