Cristi Webb became a valued member of The Providence Group in 2023, contributing more than nine years of expertise in the field of commercial real estate. Specializing in both Landlord and Tenant representation, Cristi is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results for her clients. 

In the realm of Landlord representation, Cristi possesses a wealth of experience managing a diverse retail portfolio, including grocery-anchored shopping centers, power and lifestyle centers, and mixed-use projects. Her collaborative approach extends to working with both national and local landlords across North Carolina, showcasing a proven track record in developing comprehensive leasing and marketing strategies. Cristi’s commitment to excellence is evident in her ability to navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate landscape. 

Furthermore, Cristi is adept at Tenant Representation, representing multiple national, regional, and local retailers. Her hands-on approach involves working closely with each tenant to craft tailored strategies, identify optimal sites, and negotiate market opportunities that align with their business goals. 

Before joining The Providence Group, Cristi spent eight years as a Vice President on the Retail Team at CBRE|Raleigh, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the team’s success. A proud graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Cristi brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role.

Reagan Crabtree became a partner at The Providence Group in 2023 and now heads the Raleigh office, bringing with him over 18 years of expertise in retail commercial real estate, specializing in both Landlord and Tenant representation. 

In the realm of Landlord Representation, Reagan boasts extensive experience leasing grocery anchored developments, single and multi-tenant strips, mixed-use projects, and power centers. He is known for implementing creative strategies to enhance asset value and optimize the tenant mix for each project. Reagan’s leasing proficiency spans big box disposition, redevelopment consulting, new construction, and outparcel development. Throughout his career, he has forged robust relationships with national REITs, local ownership groups, and developers across the Carolinas. 

Additionally, Reagan possesses a robust background in Tenant Representation, offering site selection services for local, regional, and national retailers, restaurants, and developers. Armed with a deep understanding of markets, various trade areas, and analytical data tailored to each client, Reagan has effectively guided numerous key tenants through multi-market expansion. 

Before joining The Providence Group, Reagan spent 13 years as a Senior Vice President on the retail team at CBRE|Raleigh, significantly contributing to the team and portfolio’s growth. His journey in retail commercial real estate began in 2006 at The Shopping Center Group, and he is a proud graduate of The University of South Carolina.

Ivan Karaivanov joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in 2022 after working as an intern in 2021. Ivan grew up in Charlotte, NC and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Ivan’s interests include trying new restaurants, attending sports events, and playing soccer.

Matt started working in commercial brokerage in 2014 moving over from finance at Bank of America. He joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in 2021. He exclusively focuses on Landlord Representation and works with both national and local landlords across North Carolina and South Carolina. His knowledge local knowledge, creativity, and persistence helps his clients achieve and surpass their goals.

Matt has worked with portfolios of numerous national landlords, REITs, and developers. Current and past clients include: KIMCO, Slate Asset Management, RREEF, Echo Realty, Morgan Companies, Barclay Group, Columbia Development, RealtyLink, Hammerford, Thompson Thrift, Vanguard, Shottenstein, Seritage, Red Development Partners, Westwood, and Provest.

He is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and is a graduate of John Carroll University where he received a B.S. degree in Finance. Matt lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Lauren and three children. On weekends you will find him chasing his kids around the ball fields.

As a dedicated leasing and development advisor, Darrell is responsible for marketing efforts on a diverse retail portfolio of anchored shopping centers, mixed-use, street level retail, and single and multi-tenant strip centers. Additionally, he assists owners and developers in identifying new opportunities, value-add projects, and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in new construction, redevelopment, urban infill, out-parcel development and tenant disposition.

Darrell takes a methodical approach to each project by creating a custom leasing plan which he executes through his knowledge of the trade area, tenant relationships and leadership in industry organizations.

Darrell has worked with many of the largest institutional owners and REITs as well some of the most active developers in the region.  Darrell has also led portfolio disposition for national retail and restaurant brands.

With 20 years in retail development and leasing, Darrell has transacted with many of the most popular local, regional and national brands.  His relationships with tenants and their brokers have been forged over a prolific career focused specifically on retail in the Carolinas.

Born in New Jersey, Darrell has spent his entire adult life in the Carolinas. He received a finance degree from UNC Charlotte and serves on the alumni board for the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate.

Darrell has held several leadership positions with ICSC and most recently served as the State Chair for North and South Carolina.  He has chaired the ICSC@Carolinas Conference and has served numerous years on the ICSC@Southeast Conference Committee.

He lives in Charlotte with his wife, a third-grade teacher, and four school-aged children.

Lauren Faulkenbery joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in 2020. She is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a B.A. degree in Journalism. Following graduation, she moved to Tampa to begin her career in Commercial Real Estate working for Colonial Properties Trust as a leasing agent. In her position, she oversaw the third-party and joint-venture properties of over 1,000,000 SF throughout Florida. Lauren then moved to her hometown of Charlotte to work on the leasing of Metropolitan at Midtown; a joint venture development by Colonial Properties Trust, Pappas Properties and Collet & Associates.

Following her time at Colonial Properties Trust, Lauren moved to Greenville, SC where she owned and operated two Pure Barre studios in the Greenville market and worked as a Master Trainer for Pure Barre Corporate.

In 2018, Lauren moved back to Charlotte, NC and began working for The Providence Group as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. She resides here with her husband and two children.

Henry began his real estate career in Charlotte with a local land brokerage company. Prior to forming The Providence Group, he focused on tenant representation and land brokerage with Trammell Crow Company in Charlotte. He has over 27 years of experience representing retailers, landlords, and investors throughout the Southeast. 

Henry focuses primarily on retail tenant representation and restaurant site selection. He maintains many decade long client relationships evidencing his commitment to consistently achieving his client’s objectives. Henry offers a wealth of experience, market knowledge, and has a reputation for providing high levels of service to his clients. Several key clients are: Floor & Decor, Five Guys, Taco Bell, Planet Fitness, Discount Tire, Burton’s Grill, Hand and Stone and others.

Thurman joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in 2010. A native North Carolinian, Thurman is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a B.A. in Journalism. He also earned a master’s degree at the University of Georgia.

Thurman’s primary focus is Landlord Representation. Since 1999, he has worked in real estate brokerage, development and financing in Charlotte. Prior to joining the Providence Group, Thurman worked at Myers Park Mortgage and served as Director of Leasing for Faison & Associates, handling the marketing of shop space, junior anchor space and outparcels for their Carolinas and Virginia developments and shopping centers, including third party accounts. Third party clients include DDR, Kite, Trinity Partners, Kimco, Inland, Crescent Resources and Lennar Partners. His extensive sales background prior to and including his real estate career have proved valuable to his clients. Thurman’s proactive and outgoing approach in pursuing new tenants is his strong suit. His project assignments have included power centers, grocery-anchored centers, neighborhood strip centers and specialty shops. His anchor/junior anchor experience includes transactions with Wal-Mart, Harris Teeter, Marshall’s, Ulta, Gold’s Gym, Big Lots, Hamrick’s and Fred’s. Outparcel transactions include Bojangles,

Chick Fil-A, Carolina Ale House, Hardee’s, Starbucks, Cookout, and Dunkin Donuts.

Spencer joined The Providence Group brokerage team in 2015.  He is a native Charlottean and a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he received a B.A. in Economics.  Spencer began his career in 2001 at Collett, a retail development and brokerage firm in Charlotte, NC, where he was responsible for its in house and third-party leasing portfolio.

With over 20 years in commercial real estate, Spencer has expertise in leasing everything from new strip developments to power centers, redevelopment, land sales and general brokerage, gained through hundreds of transactions with local, regional and national tenants.

Some of Spencer’s current clients include: InvenTrust Property Management, Inland Real Estate Group, DNA Partners, Pacolet Milliken, Colterra Capital, Hampshire Companies, Ares Management, Wasa Properties, Kite Realty Group, Equity Venture Partners.
