Lauren Faulkenberry

Lauren Faulkenbery joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in 2020. She is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a B.A. degree in Journalism. Following graduation, she moved to Tampa to begin her career in Commercial Real Estate working for Colonial Properties Trust as a leasing agent. In her position, she oversaw the third-party and joint-venture properties of over 1,000,000 SF throughout Florida. Lauren then moved to her hometown of Charlotte to work on the leasing of Metropolitan at Midtown; a joint venture development by Colonial Properties Trust, Pappas Properties and Collet & Associates.

Following her time at Colonial Properties Trust, Lauren moved to Greenville, SC where she owned and operated two Pure Barre studios in the Greenville market and worked as a Master Trainer for Pure Barre Corporate.

In 2018, Lauren moved back to Charlotte, NC and began working for The Providence Group as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. She resides here with her husband and two children.
