Brianna McClough is a Broker at The Providence Group, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong academic foundation to the commercial real estate industry. A recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Brianna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a Concentration in Real Estate, graduating with honors. Brianna was also a previous intern with The Providence Group.

Her academic background has provided her with a deep understanding of real estate markets and investment analysis—skills she now applies to support senior brokers and clients with data-driven insights and strategic guidance. During her time at UNC Charlotte, Brianna was actively involved in real estate and finance organizations, including the Commercial Real Estate Society, Project Destined, XTeams and ICSC allowing her to cultivate a network of industry contacts and sharpen her understanding of market dynamics.

Brianna is committed to delivering exceptional service and building a long-term career in commercial real estate. As she begins her professional journey, she hopes to support a wide range of transactions and projects, from market research and financial analysis to property marketing and client communications.
