Based in Raleigh, Frederick (Fred) Garrett joined The Providence Group brokerage team in January 2026, bringing with him a wealth of experience in property management, facilities operations, and data-driven analysis. Before joining The Providence Group, he previously served as a Property and Facilities Manager with Prudent Growth Partners, where he oversaw daily operations for more than 65 commercial properties, coordinated capital improvement projects, supported lease negotiations, and served as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership.

Fred is known for his strong communication skills, attention to detail, and relationship-focused approach to maximizing client satisfaction and asset performance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and recently obtained his North Carolina Real Estate Broker license. His background combines operational expertise with analytical insight, positioning him well to support brokerage and development initiatives.
