Wendy Vaughan is a lifelong North Carolinian who has been based in the Charlotte metro region since 2001. She began her career in commercial real estate as a Brokerage Assistant before transitioning into property management in 2004, building a well-rounded career across a range of small, mid-sized, and large real estate firms throughout the Charlotte area.
Joining Providence Group Management in 2026, Wendy brings extensive experience managing diverse property types, including industrial, warehouse, retail, office, light medical, multifamily, and specialty assets. While her primary focus has been throughout the Carolinas, her portfolio also spans multiple regions across the country. Known for her detail-oriented approach, she has successfully overseen both property operations and facility maintenance teams.
She holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina and has earned the Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Wendy began her professional career as a real estate paralegal and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Technology from Cape Fear Community College.

Monique was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has built a strong career in accounting and financial management. She began her accounting career in 2014 working in accounts receivable, where she developed a solid foundation in financial operations and client account management. She then expanded her expertise by transitioning into accounts payable, gaining additional experience in vendor relations, payment processing, and financial controls.
With eight years of hands-on accounting experience, Monique advanced into an Accounting Supervisor role, where she further refined her leadership and financial oversight skills. Her background includes financial reporting, forecasting, and account reconciliation, along with a deep understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.
Monique currently serves as a Property Accountant with Providence Group Management, where she is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, balancing accounts, and preparing financial statements. She brings a detail-oriented approach to financial management while prioritizing strong relationships with both customers and vendors.
Outside of her professional work, Monique enjoys sports, animals, and creating positive connections with others, an outlook that carries into her collaborative approach to accounting and team relationships.

Katarina Schauss joined Providence Group Management’s Property Accounting team in 2025. A Charlotte-area native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Western Carolina University.
Prior to joining the firm, Katarina spent four years with Aston Properties as a Property Accountant, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting and portfolio management. In her current role, she is responsible for managing the financial performance of a portfolio of properties throughout the Charlotte region.

Nathan began his professional career in hospitality management, spending more than a decade in the mountains of North Carolina. This experience helped shape his strengths in customer service, operational efficiency, and team leadership—skills he now applies to his work in commercial real estate.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University and returned to Charlotte in 2024 to continue his career in the industry. Nathan’s areas of expertise include tenant relations, capital planning, and contract management, and he is committed to delivering efficient operations and high-quality service for both clients and tenants.

Jacqueline brings over a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), with a strong foundation in property operations, tenant relations, and financial oversight across office, retail, and industrial portfolios. Raised in New York City and now based in Charlotte, she has supported national clients and property owners through operational excellence, process improvement, and consistent relationship management.
Jacqueline recently joined The Providence Group as an Assistant Property Manager, where she applies her passion for service, lease compliance, and client satisfaction. She is known for her proactive approach to tenant engagement, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance property performance.
Outside of work, Jacqueline and her husband are avid New York Knicks fans and rarely miss a game. She enjoys singing, cooking, and engaging in volunteer work with her husband, visiting local neighborhoods to offer encouragement and support to members of the community. Jacqueline prides herself on building and maintaining strong rapport and business relationships with everyone she encounters. Raymond Burkle joined Providence Group Management in early 2024 as the on-site Hospitality Manager for Optimist Hall, where he oversees daily operations at one of Charlotte’s premier food hall destinations. In this role, he serves as a key liaison between ownership, vendors, tenants, customers, and public and private partners, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient day-to-day operations.
With more than 15 years of experience in restaurant and hospitality operations, Raymond brings a strong operational foundation and a service-driven approach to his role. He is focused on creating a positive and well-managed environment that supports both tenant success and an exceptional guest experience.
Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Raymond now resides in the Charlotte area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
