In 2025 Haley Garcia joined Providence Group Management as a property accountant. In this role, Haley will be supporting our property managers across a portfolio of retail, office, and mixed-use properties throughout the Carolinas.
With four years of experience in commercial real estate accounting, Haley focuses on providing the financial tools and support that enable effective property operations, accurate reporting, and clear communication with ownership. Her role is centered on partnering closely with property managers to ensure consistency, accountability, and strong financial performance across each asset.
Haley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Dalton State College, graduating in 2021. A Georgia native who relocated to the Charlotte area after graduating, Haley is committed to building long-term client relationships while continuing to grow her career in commercial real estate property management
Suzanne Rajski joined the Property Management Team at The Providence Group in 2025. She is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties throughout the Greater Triangle Region. Suzanne brings extensive experience as a Property Manager and Construction Project Coordinator, with a focus on capital improvements and value-add initiatives.
Born in raise in Charlotte N.C. I love sports, animals, making people happy and laugh. I began my accounting career in receivable in 2014 for 4 years. I then moved to accounts payable for 4 years. With my heavy background and passion in accounting, I moved up to an accounting supervisor. I love what I do and building strong relationships with people is my goal.
Now working as a property accountant for The Providence Group my responsibility is balancing accounts and financial statements while growing relationships with customers and vendors. As Monique joins the team she brings with her proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations of accounts.
Katarina Schauss joined the Property Accounting Team at The Providence Group in 2025. She is a graduate of Western Carolian university where she received a B.S.B.A degree in accounting. Katarina is a Charlotte Area Native and began her career at Aston Properties as a property accountant for 4 years before joining the Providence group.
Working as a property Accountant at The Providence Group, Katarina is responsible for managing and maintaining the financials for a portfolio of properties in the Charlotte Region. As Katarina joins the team she brings with her proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations of accounts.
A Charlotte native, Nathan Gowan brings a strong background in property and hospitality management to the Providence Group. Prior to joining the team, he worked with Lincoln Property Company, where he managed a diverse portfolio of office and medical properties across the Charlotte and Raleigh markets.
Nathan began his career in hospitality management, spending over a decade in the North Carolina mountains. This experience helped shaped his skillsets in customer service, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Nathan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Appalachian State University and returned to Charlotte in 2024 to continue his professional journey in commercial real estate. Nathan’s core strengths include tenant relations, capital planning, and contract management.

Jacqueline brings over a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), with a strong foundation in property operations, tenant relations, and financial oversight across office, retail, and industrial portfolios. Raised in New York City and now based in Charlotte, she has supported national clients and property owners through operational excellence, process improvement, and consistent relationship management.
Jacqueline recently joined The Providence Group as an Assistant Property Manager, where she applies her passion for service, lease compliance, and client satisfaction. She is known for her proactive approach to tenant engagement, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance property performance.
Outside of work, Jacqueline and her husband are avid New York Knicks fans and rarely miss a game. She enjoys singing, cooking, and engaging in volunteer work with her husband, visiting local neighborhoods to offer encouragement and support to members of the community. Jacqueline prides herself on building and maintaining strong rapport and business relationships with everyone she encounters. She and her husband live by what they call the Golden Rule: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”

Raymond joined Providence Group Management in early 2024 to serve as the on-site Hospitality Manager for Optimist Hall. Raymond oversees Optimist Hall’s operations as well as acts as liaison between ownership, vendors, tenants, and customers as well as the public & private partnerships necessary to facilitate the smooth day to day operations on the property.
Raymond brings over 15 years experience in restaurant and hospitality operations.
Raymond is originally from Wilmington Delaware. When he’s not working Raymond enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
