Property Accountant

Charity Case joined Providence Group Management in 2023 as a property accountant, bringing a strong foundation in financial management and client service. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

In her current role, Charity is responsible for managing financial data, budgeting, and supporting client reporting with accuracy and attention to detail. She is highly proficient in Excel and is known for her organized approach and ability to streamline financial processes while maintaining a high level of service.

A Charlotte native, Charity combines her technical expertise with a personable, client-focused approach, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active and being outdoors.
