Ronnie “RJ” Massey is a North Carolina native with more than 13 years of experience as a building engineer, specializing in the maintenance and operation of commercial properties. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong reputation for ensuring efficient building performance and overseeing complex maintenance operations.

RJ previously worked with Southern Real Estate, where he was responsible for maintaining eight commercial buildings over a three-year period. Prior to that, he spent a decade with Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc., managing maintenance for corporate office facilities and overseeing a wide range of projects and operational initiatives.

Currently, RJ serves as the Lead Building Engineer and Maintenance Manager for Optimist Hall in Charlotte, where he oversees all aspects of building operations. His hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence play a key role in maintaining the property’s high standards and supporting a seamless experience for tenants and visitors alike.
