Assistant Property Manager

Katie Novak began her career with Providence Group Management in 2022 as a Hospitality Manager, where she helped support operations at one of Charlotte’s most vibrant dining destinations, Optimist Hall. Building on her strong background in hospitality, she has since transitioned into the role of Assistant Property Manager, where she now oversees a portfolio of retail centers and assists with lease administration.

In her current position, Katie plays a key role in supporting day-to-day property operations, coordinating with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups, and ensuring efficient management across multiple assets. Her experience in hospitality brings a people-first approach to property management, allowing her to foster strong relationships while maintaining a high standard of service and operational excellence.

Originally from Florida, Katie has called the Charlotte area home for nearly two decades. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
