Property Manager

Neal Banner serves as a Property Manager at Providence Group Management, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including retail, office, medical, and studio properties. He joined the firm in 2019, bringing experience from customer service and logistics roles that helped shape his strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to coordinate effectively across teams.

With an academic focus in accounting and a solid foundation in client services and building operations, Neal brings an analytical, solutions-oriented approach to property management. He is committed to delivering efficient operations, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and supporting the overall performance of each asset under his care.

A North Carolina native, Neal is dedicated to ongoing professional growth and is actively involved in charitable initiatives, including volunteer work in event coordination and historic preservation, as well as serving on the board of an international humanitarian organization focused on education and relief efforts.
