Neal serves as a Property Manager overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including retail, office, medical, and studio properties. He joined Providence Group Management in 2019, bringing with him experience across customer service and logistics environments, where he developed his attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to coordinate across teams. With an academic focus in accounting and a strong foundation in client services and building operations, he brings analytical precision and a solutions-oriented mindset to every property in his care.

A North Carolina native, Neal resides in Lincolnton, where he enjoys the downtown community’s small-town charm and traditions. He remains dedicated to continuous professional development and charitable engagement through active involvement in both local and global initiatives, including volunteering in event coordination and historic preservation, as well as serving on the board of an international humanitarian organization focused on education and relief services.
