Nathan Gowan

Property Manager

Nathan Gowan is a Charlotte native who brings a well-rounded background in property and hospitality management to Providence Group Management. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Lincoln Property Company, where he managed a diverse portfolio of office and medical assets across the Charlotte and Raleigh markets.

Nathan began his professional career in hospitality management, spending more than a decade in the mountains of North Carolina. This experience helped shape his strengths in customer service, operational efficiency, and team leadership—skills he now applies to his work in commercial real estate.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University and returned to Charlotte in 2024 to continue his career in the industry. Nathan’s areas of expertise include tenant relations, capital planning, and contract management, and he is committed to delivering efficient operations and high-quality service for both clients and tenants.
