Katarina Schauss

Property Accountant

Katarina Schauss joined Providence Group Management’s Property Accounting team in 2025. A Charlotte-area native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Western Carolina University.

Prior to joining the firm, Katarina spent four years with Aston Properties as a Property Accountant, where she developed a strong foundation in financial reporting and portfolio management. In her current role, she is responsible for managing the financial performance of a portfolio of properties throughout the Charlotte region.

Katarina brings expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliations, along with a detail-oriented and organized approach. She is committed to ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all aspects of property accounting while supporting the overall success of each asset.
