Julianna White

Junior Property Manager

Julianna White joined Providence Group Management as a Junior Property Manager in 2026. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Julianna began her career in residential property management before transitioning to commercial real estate, most recently serving as an Assistant Property Manager with Childress Klein.

In her current role, Julianna supports the management of commercial properties throughout the greater Charlotte region. She brings experience in property operations, tenant relations, vendor management and financial administration to provide responsive service to tenants and clients.

Julianna is committed to proactive property management, strong relationships, and attention to detail. She enjoys building collaborative relationships with tenants, vendors, and clients while helping ensure properties are well maintained and efficiently operated.
