John M. Varol joined The Providence Group in January of 2016.
Since joining The Providence Group, John has shown great ability to deliver results for his clients on both the Landlord and Tenant representation side of the business. John has overseen numerous lease negotiations that have totaled more than $35 million in transaction value. His attention to detail and negotiation tactics have proven to work well for his clients over the years. John currently works on leasing projects that include ground up retail developments, specialty strip centers, grocery anchored strip centers and regional shopping malls throughout the Carolinas. He also represents a number of local and regional Tenants in the Charlotte MSA.
John attended Wake Forest University and graduated with a BA in Economics. While at Wake Forest, he was a four-year starter on the Men’s Golf Team and competed in the 2012 United States Amateur Championship, as well as finished in the top 10 in the ACC Championship. After school, John played professional golf on various mini tours throughout the southeast accumulating multiple top five finishes, including one tie for first place.
John developed a great dedication and work ethic while being a student athlete at Wake Forest and he continues to apply those same principles within the commercial real estate industry. John is highly motivated, provides exceptional service to his clients and would be a great asset in assisting with any of your commercial real estate needs.
