James McGee

Director of Property Management

James McGee joined Providence Group Management in July 2012 and brings a well-rounded background in commercial real estate management across a variety of asset types. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Winthrop University.

James began his real estate career with NAI Southern Real Estate in Charlotte, where he directly managed more than 1.2 million square feet of retail properties. Over the course of his career, he has provided management services across office, medical, industrial, retail, and property owners’ association (POA) portfolios.

His expertise includes tenant relations, rent collection, marketing, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, construction management, lease administration, contract oversight, and building operations. James has worked with a diverse range of clients and tenants, including regional and national banks, as well as mid-size and large anchor retailers. Known for his comprehensive approach and attention to detail, he is committed to delivering efficient operations and strong asset performance.
