Jacqueline brings over a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), with a strong foundation in property operations, tenant relations, and financial oversight across office, retail, and industrial portfolios. Raised in New York City and now based in Charlotte, she has supported national clients and property owners through operational excellence, process improvement, and consistent relationship management.
Jacqueline recently joined The Providence Group as an Assistant Property Manager, where she applies her passion for service, lease compliance, and client satisfaction. She is known for her proactive approach to tenant engagement, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance property performance.
Outside of work, Jacqueline and her husband are avid New York Knicks fans and rarely miss a game. She enjoys singing, cooking, and engaging in volunteer work with her husband, visiting local neighborhoods to offer encouragement and support to members of the community. Jacqueline prides herself on building and maintaining strong rapport and business relationships with everyone she encounters. She and her husband live by what they call the Golden Rule: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
