Henry began his real estate career in Charlotte with a local land brokerage company. Prior to forming The Providence Group in 2000, he focused on tenant representation and land brokerage with Trammell Crow Company in Charlotte. He has over 20 years’ experience representing retailers, landlords, and investors throughout the Southeast.

Henry focuses primarily on retail tenant representation, disposition services, net leased investment sales, and leasing. He maintains many decade long client relationships evidencing his commitment to consistently achieving his client’s objectives. Henry offers a wealth of experience, market knowledge, and has a reputation for providing high levels of service to his clients.
