Haley Garcia joined Providence Group Management in 2025 as a Property Accountant, supporting a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and mixed-use assets across the Carolinas. In her role, she partners closely with property managers to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient operations, and clear communication with ownership.

With four years of experience in commercial real estate accounting, Haley brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to her work. She focuses on providing the financial tools and insights needed to drive consistency, accountability, and strong asset performance.

Haley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Dalton State College in 2021. Originally from Georgia, she relocated to the Charlotte area following graduation and is committed to building lasting client relationships while continuing to grow her career in commercial real estate property management.
