Erica Wallace is originally from Charlotte, NC. She graduated from Independence High School and moved to Orlando, Florida to begin her career as a property accountant with Blue Water Community Management. 20 years later she moved back to Charlotte and continued to thrive with Cape Asset Management as their property/ retail accountant.

Joining Providence Group Management Services in 2024 she brings 8 years of property accounting experience
