Duncan Lewison

Duncan Lewison has been involved with Providence Group Capital since 2018, bringing more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience with a strong emphasis on finance and investment strategy. Originally from Lancashire, England, he relocated to the United States in 1990 and has since built a distinguished career across multiple facets of the industry.

Duncan’s expertise spans financial reporting, analysis, asset management and disposition, loan origination, business valuation, and complex transaction structuring. His depth of experience and analytical approach provide clients with valuable insight and strategic guidance across a wide range of real estate investments and financial decisions.

Prior experience includes serving as a founding member of Providence Group Management and as CFO of American Asset Corporation, where he spent 12 years.
