Bernie Smith

Property Manager

Bernie Smith is a member of Providence Group Management’s services team, bringing a decade of experience in property management and tenant relations. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, she relocated to Charlotte in 1983 and has since built a strong foundation in the local commercial real estate market.

She began her career at Percival McGuire as a property manager and later expanded her experience with MPV Properties as part of the Property Operations team. Through these roles, Bernie developed comprehensive expertise across all aspects of property management, including operations, tenant relations, and asset performance.

Bernie joined Providence Group Management in 2018 and is known for her hands-on approach and commitment to service. She focuses on fostering strong relationships with both clients and tenants, ensuring seamless operations and creating mutually beneficial outcomes that enhance the overall success of each property.
