Andrew Tanneberger joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in 2016, bringing a strong combination of local expertise and strategic marketing insight. A Charlotte native and graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Andrew leverages both his deep-rooted market knowledge and academic foundation to deliver impactful results for his clients.

Andrew specializes in commercial real estate with a focus on site selection for national, regional, and local retailers, as well as the disposition of surplus properties. Known for his diligent work ethic and attention to detail, he has built a reputation for executing thoughtful, data-driven strategies that support successful market expansion.

He represents a diverse portfolio of big box and junior box retailers, along with a range of restaurant concepts. His client roster includes nationally recognized brands such as Five Below, Floor & Decor, Walgreens, and Rite Aid, as well as popular dining concepts including Shake Shack, Velvet Taco, Crisp & Green, SuperChix, Wingstop, Firehouse Subs, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, and BrownBag Seafood. Through these partnerships, Andrew has successfully supported multi-market rollout programs across North Carolina and South Carolina.

Prior to joining The Providence Group, Andrew began his career at MPV Properties, where he gained valuable experience representing both tenants and landlords. This early exposure provided him with a well-rounded perspective and the ability to navigate complex transactions with confidence and precision.
