Kerri Dunlevy is the Marketing Director at The Providence Group, joining the firm in 2024. She brings a wealth of experience in real estate marketing, specializing in the promotion of shopping centers, as well as high-profile urban and suburban properties. Kerri also collaborates closely with brokers to develop customized site selection packages for national, regional, and local tenant clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet diverse market needs.
Beyond her marketing expertise, Kerri plays a pivotal role in business development, supporting brokers in proposal and pitch preparation. Additionally, Kerri oversees and tracks all brokerage transactions, maintains property listings, and manages daily business operations to streamline efficiency.
Before joining The Providence Group, Kerri served as a marketing associate at a global commercial real estate firm, where she successfully promoted over 12 million square feet of retail properties across central and eastern North Carolina, and facilitated site selection for 60+ tenant clients.

Travis joined The Providence Group in late February 2019. Originally from Waxhaw, NC, he graduated from Appalachian State University in 2010 where he received a B.S. in Geography with a concentration in Geographic Information Systems. He began working in the commercial real estate industry as GIS Coordinator for The Chambers Group, a regional firm with offices located in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC. While working there, he gained almost seven years of experience in the industry and saw the company expand to two offices and thirteen brokers. His key role was to oversee day-to-day GIS operations and provide mapping, marketing, and site tour materials to both offices. In late 2015, after realizing the opportunity to provide this specialized service to CRE firms that may not have the capabilities in-house, he formed Ground-Up Site Strategy & Graphic Solutions. He has since been providing professional quality GIS and marketing materials to brokerage and development firms nationwide before joining The Providence Group team. Travis is an avid outdoorsman and spends most his time outside hiking, fishing and climbing.

Courtney joined The Providence Group in 2015 as Office Manager and Assistant to the Marketing Director. Prior to joining The Providence Group Courtney worked in customer service, and management. Her strong background has taught her to readily adapt to change, juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without comprising quality. Courtney has since grown and expanded her knowledge in graphic design. With her strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and customer service background, Courtney is a valuable asset to The Providence Group.

Bryson was hired as the Marketing Director for The Providence group in 2015. Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, he is a graduate of CPCC where he received his Associates in Arts degree in Advertising & Graphic Design.
Before joining the team, Bryson helped create custom catalogs and worked on high-end Photoshop intensive projects with JELD-WEN Windows and Doors. Prior to that he worked as a lead graphic designer, pre-press supervisor and marketing specialist with Rico Industries, Inc., a sports memorabilia wholesaler. This included creating marketing pieces for the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and NCAA. Here he developed his trade and expanded his knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite software over a twelve year period.
