Marc Bookmiller


Marc Bookmiller joined The Providence Group in 2024, following a long-standing relationship with the firm and more than 20 years leading his own marketing and communications company. He brings extensive experience in project management, organizational consulting, and strategic marketing across a diverse range of industries.

Throughout his career, Marc has managed large-scale marketing initiatives and produced more than 150 hours of nationally broadcast television programming. His background also includes roles as a Project Manager with Octagon and an Account Executive with Jefferson Pilot Communications (now Raycom Media), where he developed a strong foundation in client service and campaign execution.

At The Providence Group, Marc leverages his expertise in project management and process optimization to support internal operations, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives. He is known for his ability to manage complex projects, align teams, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Marc earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Kerri Dunlevy


Kerri Dunlevy is the Marketing Director for The Providence Group’s Raleigh office, joining the firm in 2024. She brings extensive experience in commercial real estate marketing, with a focus on the promotion of shopping centers and high-profile urban and suburban retail properties.

In her role, Kerri leads strategic marketing initiatives and collaborates closely with brokers to develop customized site selection packages for national, regional, and local tenants. She also plays an integral role in business development, supporting proposal and pitch preparation, while overseeing brokerage transactions, maintaining property listings, and managing day-to-day marketing operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across the platform.

Prior to joining The Providence Group, Kerri worked as a marketing associate with a global commercial real estate firm, where she was responsible for promoting more than 12 million square feet of retail properties across central and eastern North Carolina. During that time, she also supported site selection efforts for more than 60 tenant clients, further strengthening her expertise in retail-focused marketing and brokerage support.

Courtney Dickson


Courtney Dickson joined The Providence Group in 2015 as Office Manager, bringing a strong background in customer service and operations. Over the years, she has become an integral part of the team, known for her adaptability, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In her role, Courtney supports day-to-day office operations while also contributing to the firm’s marketing efforts. She has expanded her skill set to include graphic design, providing additional creative support to the marketing team and brokerage staff.

Courtney’s strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office enable her to consistently deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines. Her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to The Providence Group.

Bryson Warntz


Bryson Warntz joined The Providence Group in 2015 as Marketing Director for the Charlotte office, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing. A Charlotte native, he earned his Associate in Arts degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from Central Piedmont Community College.

Bryson leads the firm’s creative efforts, supporting brokerage initiatives with high-quality, strategic marketing materials. His well-rounded background allows him to effectively translate complex real estate concepts into compelling visual presentations that enhance property positioning and client engagement.

Prior to joining The Providence Group, Bryson worked on high-end, design-intensive projects with JELD-WEN Windows and Doors, creating custom catalogs and marketing collateral. Earlier in his career, he served as a lead graphic designer, pre-press supervisor, and marketing specialist with Rico Industries, where he developed marketing materials for major sports leagues including the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and NCAA. During this time, he further refined his expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and built a strong foundation in production and brand execution.

Bryson is dedicated to supporting the brokerage team with creative solutions that elevate marketing efforts and enable brokers to deliver exceptional service to their clients.
