Darrell Palasciano & Matt Henry join the Brokerage Team

The Carolinas leasing team of Darrell Palasciano and Matt Henry have joined The Providence Group’s landlord division. Palasciano and Henry bring a combined, nearly three-decade track record as landlord advisors along with $600 million in career transaction volume totaling 3犀利士
 million square feet.

Palasciano and Henry work as brokers out of The Providence Group’s office in Charlotte’s Southend. The team functions as strategic retail advisors with national, regional and local owners and developers in North Carolina and South Carolina. Both professionals play roles in leasing all types of retail.
