    We represent retailers and owners in selling or re-leasing vacant anchor retail space. Whether negotiating lease terminations, calculating a financial analysis, or finding a buyer/tenant, we have the experience and track record needed to mitigate your situation. Past and current disposition assignments include Home Depot, Best Buy, Harris Teeter, Circuit City, special services and several developers in handling surplus retail space.
